The main barriers and research utilizationīased on the findings of the present study, the top 5 barriers are as follows: “privacy and security concerns,” “high start-up cost,” “workflow changes,” “system complexity,” “lack of reliability,” and “interoperability” (Table (Table2). Lack of incentives, organizational culture change, and lack of standard, emerged 3.6% of all occurrences (4/112).ģ.2.
